Needs sorting not really bothered about the pk limit but anyone sat free casting status spells on me needs to go. If you can hit me I should be able to hit you regardless of the limit.

so let me get this right.. anyone can hit you if you a grey. regardless of lvl. You are wanting to to be able to hit them if they can hit you ?
What is there to stop you from going gray at raps then killing all the lvl20's there ? quite easy to bring another higher lvl you can go grey on just to allow you to hit anyone that can hit you ? When i say you.. I am refering to pkers.. as i am sure not all pkers would just grief low levels because they can. unless yo are battman and can only kill people if they are afk. 50 lvl's lower than you or were on 1 hp

Not sure you understand the situation going by that post, has nothing to do with trying to kill level 20's, it's lower chars taking part in pvp between level 100s abusing the fact they can't be hit back so stand there casting things such as slow and weakening to aid their mates. That's the part that needs sorting shouldn't be able to cast anything on anyone outside of your level limit without getting hit back. If I you're able to cast me on I should be able to hit you don't care what their level is as they know what they're doing. Also don't get your point on level 20s, a level 20 has no business hitting anyone 30+ levels above themselves.

The people who oppose this idea are pve players which is fine...
But those of you people who oppose this and still join in with no risk at all are surely exploiting the system like so many people claim DL do to constantly pk / "grief" people. It's this kind of problem which will piss people off to the point that as soon as the power lvl becomes 70+ they get targeted at every opportunity for being untouchable previously. So people can't tarnish those who pk for killing someone x amount of times when they have had to endure being attacked by the Lowe levels penalty free.

To sum it up, as an extreme example a grey level 100 character shouldn't be able to kill a level 40 under normal circumstances but if this level 40 decides to start casting status spells on this capped grey character he should be hittable.

We have tried it a new way, obviously doesn't work, great we tried it and found the issues, I feel just needs to be returned to the 30 cap that was in place before
This cannot be exploited with the lower lvl issues that were happening and gives the protection to the lower levels people wanted Wasn't broken before to be honest

I am working on a way to allow grey / low moral characters to be able to attack those of any level that attack them and will do this first before any changes to the current PK level difference.
