I have seen people do a "shout" while running and assumed they were eating beef jerky (or something). It is a legitimate question - I think I was missing something obvious. Is it an exploit or are you just being a dick? Jac

I'm pretty sure the shouts you see in that part of the video are !! shouts, they do not require 100% stam and only cover a small radius
