i have it good hence im playing the game but saying theres more ppl playing dsoma now then ever b4 is a lie and ur not willing to accept that and this topic isnt even about that just wanted to see an incentive added for 75-80+ to hunt in conti ur not willing to add this and thats end of that then might aswell just close the topic

At the same time you should remember that we are looking into things, it's already widely known we're looking for ideas for dsoma crafting. You should also note that saying stuff like 'two of us resemble 15% of the community' is highly exeggerated and simply not true. I log in plenty of times and either my advisor or my playing character and it only on a rare occasion Pande is empty (which is known for being empty). You might not find that many people levelling because you always run to the same place - it takes a while to move mobs especially on higher levels, there's bigger chances of running into people on lower levels.

The comments made my sylver about the usercount are server-wide. We do realise that leveling devil players are lessening which is why I'm spending my time wisely to forward ideas to Sylver. If one idea is rejected I suggest looking for another, better idea. :D

For those who feel ignored you can rest assured. The GM's have a neat list of ideas (links) that would be possible and / or are worth considering. This list won't be public but for the future I would like to see something like statusses for thread in the ideas / suggestions forum.

You say if one is rejected move to another ect, but how?

Dsoma is already so limited, hence the reason we have only asked for weps/armour ect as what else is there of incentive to offer devils? this was made clearly evident by the Christmas event.. its either those things or the dev stones and similar which have no use at all to us, and ofc no one expected presents to contain weapons/armour.

We have only been trying to communicate the Dsoma world problems , not server wide .

I'm sure its hard to think up a good idea to keep devils leveling , even more so with limited time and resources, yet the easy fixes which only ever offered the ability to use our main chars to hunt/lvl and not alts to hunt for items are just flat out denied.

The crafting idea is interesting but from what i heard so far its to be only minor dura upgrades, which will not solve the incentive problem with 70++ players, Dura is not an issue at mobs such as WBM in fact i dont think ive ever warped from dura levels being so low.

187 plays several chars a few of which are at these so called leveling places lower players go, i also have chars the same abs/minos/liz ect and i dont see what he claims at exaggerated at all, i almost never have seen anyone when hunting since AB's way back when Doom and such was still all playing and the other guilds.

My entire time i spent hunting Kharil liz i basically only ever saw Neoxian and usually for limited time of an hour or so at most on 99% of occasions.

All of the members you see in Efukt is like 5 of us with the chars thats all. Sinister was almost a fully active guild, now barely 1 or 2 log on , the only active ish guild from what i see is Korea and the few in coven/fantasy.

We are not saying these things as some kind of poison/negativity , we say it because its true simple as that and that we want it made aware to be looked at asap to keep ppl and make players return to playing.

But its tough as we just seem to be called liars of sorts and told we are just doomsayers when thats just not the case.

Nice post vex,

Like i said before my reasoning for levelling on rested is because the level cap won't be lifted for a long time, I've nothing to spur me on to level beyond KL. I see it that 187 etc will hit cap then level alts so it stands I will catch him and he has no advantage because there's nothing high levels can obtain I can't.

Me hitting cap? Will take me like 4 more months to cap. At least 4 or more. But enough of this, this thread is not about lv cap anyway.

I expect it to tbe more than this, at least I proposed more. Or actually S0rc worked out something for crafting would be nice if we'd get a version of that.

It was thanks to the christmas event that I was asked to propose something more collectable, crafting was our first option but feel free to suggest your own craftable / creatable / tradable ideas.

I saw my friend leveling a hoppers yesterday, on the way there he random into one random person at FW's and two were at hoppers themselves. In that same day I saw random people in town as well as at WoW (might've been the day before) watching. There are always new people starting DSoma - I first noticed this on the test server when I ran the_empire. DSoma was dead as a brick but each day I was able to recruit at least one new person into the guild, untill it was alive and kicking again - we're far from that stage by the way. I feel it's my job to motivate them and get them excited to level. Of course I try to do the same with higher levels but since you're problems are bigger it takes more time to solve.

This is why people saying 'we are 15% of the usercount' makes me mad. Even if you ran all over DSoma, you still don't know how many people are online. It's the luck of the draw, dsoma is renowned for being seemingly dead. On top of this everything that is said on the forum holds at least 5 times more power as it stays there to read for all. Even if it's no longer applicable at that time or even if it's true, posting negative comments have a very strong effect on the community. Which is again why I try to keep people motivated and why I try to pull ideas and suggestions out of them - to get the domino effect started inthe proper direction.

At this point Sylver is more busy than ever while Finito is doing the most work he's ever done for soma (I don't know if this is true but he's gone mental! xD). Please be patient and look foward to the next update, I sincerely hope there's something in there you'll like.
