Reflect spell needs either a cool down or a longer cast time. Iron fist seems to have the same cast time as reflect, making it impossible to fight someone if they repeatedly cast reflect.

It's a valid tactic, use melee :), they'e not casting against you, just forcing you to use melee, it's actually a very smart use of the spell :)!
