- Fixed bug that caused magic, auras, abilities to reset (be removed) when server is shutdown for characters that are still in-game.

- Reduced Devil Soma weapon skill requirements.

- Devil Soma stat point data is now sent to client from server to allow for easier and quicker modification.

- All changes on the live server have been put into public test server and database has been imported from live.

- System messages are sent to player for equipped items that cannot be used when changing to attack battle mode (This is for Devil Soma where characters will be logging in without the item stat requirements).

- Prevent exp gain for Devil Soma character if capped the monster. Also apply reduction in exp gain when approaching cap.

- Reduced Devil Soma Armor requirements and changed them to Con and Wis.
Currently Con and Wis requirements do not show client side in item tooltips this will be added at a later date (a lot of changes are needed for this and didn't want to delay the patch further). However the requirements can be seen when trying to equip an item or when changing battle mode if item is already equipped and website item tooltips (when patch is released on live).

- Adjusted Devil Soma Weapon requirements because of stat points per level change.

- Put back class specific maximum stat values for Devil Soma stat system.

SpoilerShow

- All changes on the live server have been put into public test server and database has been imported from live.

- Changed Devil Soma stat system to not have class specific maximums (Experimental Change). Allows every class to be able to get stats up to the highest stat cap. Hoping this will enable more variety in builds and fix the issue where classes can't do things like get a lot of con and wis and be a tank etc.

- Removed weapon skill requirements on Devil Soma and made weapons require the class to equip (Experimental Change).

- Prevented equipment items from being used or giving stats when do not have the item requirements.

- Grey mode changes:
Grey mode is kept after death.
Grey mode timer is now incremental, starts at 30 seconds (instead of original 120 seconds), increases by 30 seconds for each kill, increases by 30 seconds for each 200 health healed on grey targets, capped at maximum of 300 seconds (5 minutes).

- Server side enforcement added for not being able to attack when moving (Experimental Change).

- Drops added to new monsters.

- Added a Devil Soma PK Town. Can be accessed from an NPC at the revive location for PKers in Pandi.

- Moved Infernal Cave portal to be closer to Pandi Town (it is now at the Sedlak area to the bottom right).

- Moved HWan portal to where Infernal Cave portal used to be.

- Fixed being able to walk over the portal you are taken to in Hwan Area.

- Fixed Shop/Storage UI bug where sometimes cannot Buy/Sell/Put/Withdraw a selected item.

- Fixed minimum damage for player on npc targets sothat it will roll for minimum when damage is < 2 instead of only when == 0.

- The percent system used for GVW/Wotw/SS/RvR has been changed to apply the percent to the damage value instead of attack and defense (F10 stats). This was changed because the other method caused massive reduction in damage for some classes and big increases in damage for other classes, with the change it is now equal for all.

- The percent system is now applied to healing. Before this change heal amounts were not being altered with the percent system and therefore damage caused by zombie was always 100% and healing a target was always 100%.

- Boss spawn delays are now saved into the database in case of server crash and for when server is rebooted. The delays are re-loaded when the server starts up and the delay will continue from where it was instead of resetting.

- Bosses that spawn with a real time delay are now announced 5 minutes prior to them spawning. Bosses that spawn based on in-game Soma time or are spawned by command or event will announce when they spawn.

- An arena has been added to the centre of TYT.

- Pandi arena has been moved to a more central location.

- More int armors have been added to Human Soma armor crafting.

- Removed the high valued item warning when selling items. At least until have options in place for toggling the warning and/or changing the high value criteria. It was annoying having it pop up a lot for items. Buy back should be enough for most cases where an item is sold by accident.

- Fixed attack cursor not being shown when in battle mode within Pandi Arena.

- Changed the GVW warp location at the end of war to be within Town instead of outside GV.

- Crafters are now given more chance of getting a tagged item based on their skill in the crafting skill required to craft the item.

- Fixed learning 2nd spear aura not taking kobold teeth.

- Changed 4th spear aura to be range 2 to match other spear auras and to make it more useful.

- Fixed character status and other UI drawing after main UI and causing main UI tooltips to appear behind them.

- Separated attack and non-attack aura cooldowns. They can now be casted separately as was intended in
a previous update.

- Add checks on player str and int based on current content caps (before patch) to force either 0.8x or 0.5x rates upto the cap on the new content.

Does this not mean any new char will surpass older capped chars cause they will get their bonus stats beyond BLG and into the new mobs up to whatever their str is and to the old cap???

How is this not a problem? Especially for those of us who are winding down on the bonus stats thinking the new content will remove that issue but going by the changelog it wont until after the old caps are past?

So what this means (blg as an example):

You will not have a benefit of attending the new monsters early so essentially the 0.8/0.5 is added for those on their way to 171 str - meaning if you do attend the new monsters early you'll get the exact same rate of gain as BLG.

Otherwise, you'd be gaining 1.0x stats on the new mobs before you've capped blg thus you're still technically getting a bonus that others haven't been able to (remember stat rates start to drop the closer you get to a mobs cap).

Effectively this implementation stops new characters being able to get more stats than the older capped characters.

so at 140 str regardless of whether you level blg or in new content there is no stat multiplier, its x1.0 from there on?

Yes until you start to hit the slowdowns of 0.8x and 0.5x but even then you will still get the same stats regardless.

Does that make sense? Apologies if not.

I appreciate and i am struggling to word it correctly myself. i just want to be 100%.

i think using specific examples may help.

Its just the way the log is worded the example below raises the question.

BLG Str 140
Enraged Boar Str 245 (after taking a few hits measured at 120 by a char with 125str so 125+120 =245)

A character at BLG has 90 str and has slipped from the 1.7 to the 1.4 multiplier.
That character decides to go Enraged Boar with a friend who is tanking.

The question is, does that character still slip into the lower 1.4 multiplier or because the enraged boar now still has +50 str, does he maintain the 1.7 multiplier he just lost at BLG or not?

Yes he loses the 1.7 and gains at 1.4 just like at blg

No he maintains the 1.7 until he has obtained str171(old str cap) because the difference of +50 is there until str 195

**Amended example using Finito's forumla

"FINITO"Str:
> 50 x1.7 (x2 if the hit kills npc) stat rate for Str.
>= 30 x1.4 and x1.7
>=10 x1.2 and x1.5
>= -10 x1.0
>= -15 x0.8
>= -30 x0.5
<= -31 x0.0 (Cap)

Int:
> 30 x1.7 and x2
>= 15 x1.4 and x1.7
>= 5 x1.2 and x1.5
>= -10 x1.0
>= -20 x0.8
>= -30 x0.5
<= -31 x0.0 (Cap)

The system has been made in such a way that noone should have an advantage be it old or new chars. So you can level whenever you want, before or after the patch, new mobs or old, with no difference.
