I do understand where you are coming from Lupi, but unless you are asked to craft certain things maybe stay clear of crafting them as you know they aren't as valuable anymore.
I don't think crafted items should retain dura.. mainly because you could knock out a few rare apus (still time consuming getting bones / mats / time taken to craft) combine them and make an awesome intense with 4k+ dura which imo isn't right. Only my opinion so don't rant :P bah nub account, Mitchy.

its a perk of crafting.. theres plenty of other hi lev crafters apart from me..... spend 1000's of hours doing it... no reason why some rewards shudnt be forthcoming. Would also put some more hi quality weps into the game for every to buy/ use.
With every1 combining the usual stat/ dura att weps atm..all weapons whether epic or intense are all similar stats. And.. crafting 1 rare apus is no easy feat let me tell u.. nvm 2 to try a combine.. It aint gona result in barrage of mega intense apus 2 to the penny. Can use k's of bones and not get 1 hard apus nvm a rare or above. The same point applies to hi lev armour crafters too im sure.....I dont craft armour..but if some1 has 150+ skill to make some tasty stuff.. let the combines keep the added stats and dura

I used my bone golem reward to make necromancer charms.
I managed to get an epic with over 1100 dura. Like a muppet, I didn't think the process through and combined some other tags up to intense successfully to realise my mistake.... Aside from the proposition, it's a issue of perspective. When looking at buying crafted stuff you need a moment to realise what you are getting. Bonus dura/att/def The combine on crafted, I'd like to see and I'd like to see it as a learnable craft skill at 150 metal work As to value of yours specifically. What you value your goods at is your business, what others value them at is their opinion. I've seen a fair number of your threads in emporium lately and your attitude in them is pure garbage. I'd consider that before much else.

i agree on this, I'm nowhere near your skill but I make better att rares than intense on some weaps, and to get the speed boost you need to combine but you lose more than you gain tbh. i'd like to see something happen, but I think the roll system will be difficult to change.

[Hardened] loopoose Attack : 30~46 Weight : 8 Durability : 3036 Speed : D(1100) Req. Dex : 85 Req. Skill : 129 Just made this from 100 apus attempts... bought 1k bones for 2.5m and small di... had some bones of my own too ..thats a lotta shit for 1 hard apus that no1 will buy . If these combined..would be worth crafting them..and ppl buying to combine.. As it is.... decent crafted weps are just going to waste .. and waste of time crafting them ..A waste of effort and some decent weps going to waste

Think the combine feature is there for combining weaps that drop, making hardened+ items actually worth somthing rather than just a item to npc
I do think crafting needs looking at, feel it's slightly pointless with how it is atm I'd like to see the mats split up into tag ranges, so using epic mats would produce a epic item ect (could add new mats if need be to limit the amount available) also all weaps/armors ect to be made craftable, limiting them with a new mat that's rare

And these higher tier items take some serious bone farming/ buying.. not cheap at all

I agree with lupi. Crafted items are useless if you combine em they lose the value

I can see where you are coming from, but nobody forces you to craft apus bows at X amount of bones per go. Like I said if people want to buy crafted weaps from you then they will, but don't expect to just craft them and hope to sell them afterwards for a fortune. Personally I'd rather give you 5k bones to make me a rare / epic apus than use a combined one which is intense purely because your dura is better. It's compromise ofc.

Combine uses the base stats of an item then rolls the tag on top of that. If the item is tagged but also has changes that crafting applied we can currently not tell the difference (if it is part of the tag roll or from crafting).
Only way I can think of this working (right now, I'll have to think some more) is saving the roll % that was applied somehow (though there is multiple of them and probably not enough space to store all with the item) then applying that % to the base stats then taking the difference of the current stats on item with the base stats with % applied to get the stat amounts that crafting added so we can store those values and then apply them to the newly rolled tagged item after combine.

Would it not just be possible to have the mats produce said tag ?
Basic leather > untag/hardening . . . Epic leather > epic . Legendary leather > legendary You would need all epic mats and not just leather to garentee a epic item, so epic leather and copper would have the chance to make untaged to epic tag This would add in more farming and let crafters start adding gems ect, unlocks the ability to crafter to truly make the ultimate weapon Would like all armor/access/weapons ingame craftable, just add into there recipe some unique items Again adds farming to the game Lots of new mats, adding more life to the game (Could even give the mats the tags like armor/weaps have, so if a boss drops a legendary mat ppl know it's rare and not just left on the floor)
