[FIXED] Dual Monitor Stutter

BENBRA	Been having severe stuttering issues with two monitors enabled, noticed it after the below windows 10 updates had been applied; KB890830 KB4013418 KB4013429 KB4014329 Patch notes mention changes to dual monitor support. Had a search around the forum and there has been mention of GDI32.dll (linked patch notes also reference update to graphic device interface) but my version has not been modified since 15/09/2016 (10.0.14393.206). Any thoughts or is this out of my hands? FINITO [Staff]	Edit: Client patch 87 has been released that fixes this issue. For Windows 10 (since the Anniversary update) gdi32 is now split into two files now, gdi32.dll and gdi32full.dll. The gdi32full contains the implementation which needs to be patched (the versions of the two files can be different). BENBRA	It was updated again a couple of days after the patch managed to hold it off for a while. It's probably going to be updated again in a matter of days.
