Garg Shaman drop rate + moral

Few points id like to make about GS

Reacently added to Conti :D thank you

Conti drops are horrid in comparison to dungy, went though 800 pots on conti with no drops, dungy seems normal, don't think the staffs drop there which is fine, but what reason have I got to hunt on conti ?

-Different drops not a big incentive to hunt there for long
-A +10/20 int increase would make me hunt there, as well as keeping us going for a bit longer
-Shadow armor is quite pointless 104 int req, like the idea of the set having quite high def, but its less than dread and same MD as demonship + no shadow hat
-Don't like where there placed, to close to hoppers for low lvls with shaman range, think warban under fireworms or tark warrior's spot would be better, tho I spose it keeps me close to hoppers to kills any humans that come raiding at hoppers

Moral on GS is set at poor, im now 60+ with wicked moral where as devil warriors get devil mid 40's

Agreed, drop wise the new spawn is a bit pointless after a short time I headed back to dungeon where I make a profit. What I think it needs to be is a mix of the two drop lists currently in dungeon with the addition of end game staffs (low drop rate though on staffs). This way my incentive to level there when we win conti would be easier access to diabolist top male and the possibility of a good staff. Moral wise it should be same as ab and kl. As it stands it's hard for a mage to recover from a good few pk in comparison to melee.

Thanks again for the new spawn though it's nice to see daylight and trees

Re-tested new drop rate, items roughtly same as before, maybe a bit more barr droped than they did before

Would love to give them a whirl before wotw, a reboot before then would be appreciated.

Any word on Shadows(104int)? Same magic defence as Demonship(52int), less dura and doesn't even have a hat to complete the set.

The higher defence is to be expected from robes with a higher requirement, nor does the additional defence make it any more appealing to wear seeing as you'll get more MD&DF from equipping Diab set with 1 piece of Invul.

At present, Shadows serves as vendor 'trash' which is quite uninspiring seeing as it's the "endgame" robes.

You could always ignore Shadows, create a new set with higher INT requirement (120, 130?) so as to ensure no melee would ever be able to equip, if the goal is for melees to not get any more magic defence that is.

They are, the monster that Dan linked are "Elite Gargoyle Shaman" so they're a completely new monster.

Think you should be grateful for what you've got lol more xp and higher int is a step in the right direction.

I didn't see anyone mention that they grant more XP.

I've said before that Garg Shaman grant 1500exp and Nightmare (Hsoma equiv) grant 2500exp so EGS 'should' grant more, but again, nobody's tried them out yet as we need a reboot, nor has Dan said anything about them.
