Stuck in throne room

LEMON3002	Hi guys, My characters lemon2002 (devil) and raquel_fu (human store) are both stuck in the throne room. They were both in it during the last bugged SS event and can't get out. Every time I log in they are still there. It won't let me warp out and the event never seems to end. There is no door to get out either - help!
