From a non pker I'm curious.
With all the chat about PK. If someone is killed 10 times at a mob that has an alternative spawn and on the 10th death uses the last res scroll and uses town port. Has the pker done anything wrong? If there were 5 pkers and each kill the same person twice for the same outcome. Is that wrong? And does it matter if they are the same guild.? The result for the player killed is a tax of 25k per scroll and the inconvenience of running back either way unless they res with pen % or warp. The result for the pkers is a tax on their moral leading to either farming the moral back, buying holy water or staying low moral and paying more for pots and tp's and having limited travel between maps. That's if they don't die themselves and suffer pen without scroll rez. Personally and if you look at my pk ratio, I've been pked and never pked. And my opinion would be that being taxed for scrolls is not harassment. Though if you make someone head to town and repeat the same that day literally harassing would be different and should be dealt with case by case. I think some of the more clear and specific examples of what is and is not acceptable would reduce threads like these where pk is left turned off. Social ability or a lack of leads to grudges in soma. If you don't know this yet you probably get pked more. I'd like to see less of folks crying wolf over pking when they themselves start grudges being keyboard warriors and then hide behind harassment. It makes players resentful and apart from more work for admins can lead to embarrassing situations where standing by the initial decision is the only position of strength.

I don't understand how people can say " he killed me 5 times - that's griefing ", they do have the option to warp to town and alternatively change spawns as said above. what is the point in the 'warp to town' button being visible when dead if nobody uses it, it's in the game for a reason yet people would rather be killed X amount of times and report for harassment than actually using it, remove it altogether if that is the case. People pk because the game is an OPEN WORLD PVP GAME, the option to pk is there and that is what people want to do, not everyone wants to jack it at BLG all day or magmas, instead of crying wolf why not come in numbers and fight.
