Shout scroll problem.

Please can a GM or Mod log on and give me my Red Rose shout scroll? Waited a week and hard to catch you online. Not helped by resets from Virgin useless internet. Going back to Sky, Virgin net and box is a joke.
On that note of shout scrolls.... maybe a forum post or something giving a time when someone is online? Thanks.

Must be a regional thing. I have like 76mb (actually works around 35 ish) as I'm far from the exchange apparently.
Also the speed and pausing and delay of the Tivo box is beyond a joke. Moving from reliable Sky was a big mistake for me. Thank god my contract is up and I can move back.

my virgin connection is the dogs bollo* , best fibre iv ever had. I know the pstn stuff is pretty rubbish, but nobody with a brain cell goes to virgin for that.
