Rather than letting people go through the pain of dropping skills they want to keep, through lack of choice. (long after 370 skill cap)
Can we put in a NPC that will simply null a skill to 0 for a price? Simply - pick the weapon skill you want to null - pay 1-3mil bar (good money sink!). Think people would be inclined to do this over the alternative of waiting to drop a skill.

rather like to see a npc that can lock 1 skill for payment and let others go down while training ur new weapon skill
