MBL is the only boss that drops said items, no other boss needs to drop these items. My main point is that every other titus item is a huge upgrade from normal hero because now bosses only drop rare+ gear, so making the titus top normal MA makes complete sense flick. Titus helm goes 11% ACC and the same with EVA on the boots - fully upgraded, giving normal ma to the top isn't even that huge from hero.. 5-8 -> 4-12, if anything losing min MA is more significant.[/quote]
