If you want to work out the max attack of a weapon simply take the minimum attack and +40% then do the same with the maximum attack and add 40% Intense is a max of +40% so 15-20 Untagged...15+40%=21 20+40%=28 so 21-28 is the value you're looking for. FLICKTHEBEAN	The 140% of base is the maximum possible for [Intense] Tag. it can also be lower. 130% Epic 120% rare 110% hard. effects each attack column (min/max) independantly and has a lower and upper range it can hit.
