What is the actual incentive for a capped player to turn up to WOTW?
Have the 10% exp boost stack each defence up to a cap, say 50-70% increased leveling speed. Remove the stat debuff decrease for Humans when they defend? And monitor the next few WotWs.
But yeah the u/c is probably low on Human capped characters because they're playing Albion and that new Droiyan server.

"VEIGAR"Ghostlord tell me active lvl 100's that would go to a wotw today i can't name more than 5 can you? I can hardly see a gang of Jackelpup, Lyon, Lupi ect turning up to win it, I mean no disrespect to those guys it's how you play the game i like most of the peaceful guys, and giving more credit than deserved why are the gm's constantly going out of their way to make the guilds that help keep pvp alive and wotw competitive, ss ect feel like they aren't any good to the game? Everyone has their choise of how to play. If they don't want to PvP that's up to them. The lack of lvl 100's mostly has to do with lack of endgame content. If you go to WoW just to PvP at the safe zone I think you can debate the added value to the game in that respect. Especially if someone claims so it's worth noting that noone is a saint. This happened all the time during the test server and again at the start of this server. Can you call WoW competitive if people are only fighting at the safe zone? This however, does not reflect the current trend. The problem with previous data on wow wins is influenced by more factors than just those guilds showing up. I remember times when humans would PK each other during WoW to help the devils. That sure wasn't very helpful for the human win rate. We also all know DSoma is thriving at the moment, so it makes a lot of sense that they're winning a lot more now even regardless of who attends from hsoma. What do you define as active? One hour a day? Two hours a week? If you come on to PK for 3 hours a week I would debate that you're active, especially since there's little end game content currently. Not every lvl 100 that is active 'doesn't like pvp'. That's near impossible. Besides, going from the reports I get this is not the case at all. But this does reflect my definition of active.

Facts are facts i do not claim anyone is above the game but i will however suggest, When Eq were active humans would win A LOT more than without them, When No_mercy in their prime went we would have more chance of winning, when DL players hadn't given up on the game and we were the guild made up of all the stronger guilds we dictated SS if link didn't want to move off the stone he would have healers around him and for sure there was no one moving him off the stone, it isn't a % issue at all maybe after 4 wins in a row yes but we went week in week out when the active Lvl 100's who enjoyed pvp were around.
i don't see why you disagree with me that every active lvl 100 left doesn't like pvp, DL only log on to try and prevent Vikings from griefing the noobs, because there is a skype chat and someone says "please can you guys win tonight" i am telling you straight from the horses mouth it isn't a % thing people generally just don't want to log on much anymore and it saddens me it's like this, hopefully it will change for the best.
Can I just say without sounding rude that those that do log to pk for 3 hours a week as the example you've given can't even do that if pk mode gets turned off for days sometimes weeks at a time so they end up not logging on at all. Everyone does have a choice of how they play like you said but what do those people do when their choice of play gets turned off?

I don't want to sound like an a*hole but those people you see logging on to pk have to be pretty much begged by lower levels or people who are getting harassed talking dl here i'm not sure for vikings ect, I can tell you now end game content is only half of the problem, i'm not going into it because I don't share the same views on all subjects and cba with a ban but like jhaelien said decisions like turning pk off when you play the bad guy in a role playing game kinda kills it for some players ect.

There's a fine balance between policing soma and juggling PK mode. I'll easily admit we haven't found it. But it sure does help us keep the peace. Then again, people might go mad when PK does come back. xD
I do try to understand your points of view. If you feel like further developing your opinion feel free to send it to me in PM, though I can't promise anything of course. Very little to no assholery in this thread. :)
