A simple, fair solution to DC PK death drops.

I've got an idea to solve the very harsh almost quit worthy death drop from DC issue.
Make it so holding a resi allows you to revive as standard but also warp without a drop or just a bar drop..
That way if the worse does happen and you have internet issues your always be safe if you carry Res Scrolls.
I can't see any issues with this as in normal circumstances your gonna warp immediately after reviving if your that worried about your gear .Thoughts?
Also make conti so the invading race has forced warp but no drops/bar only
Hosting race deaths are the same as pk / revive or penalty.

I'd also love to see s pk point/reward system , bounty's for killing higher point pkers or higher stronger victims giving better rewards then lower levels ect.

how would the client tell if its a dc instead of the player just waiting for timeout. or the person unplugs there ethernet cable after a death etc. lots of ways this could go wrong/be abused

Theres no abuse because the change is to make it so its impossible to drop items only bar if you carry say 1+resi scrolls. and it eats them in return for warping , but you still drop bar.
The only time items would be dropped would be if you used all your resis up fighting and then penalty or hit warp with no bar or resis. could even have it so you need 500k+ resis on you for it to not drop items and you lose all the bar.

would be nice to add other intensives and rewards for PVP/ RVR too. However in a PK pvp situation the dropping of gear is rarely a choice .
i play on a lappy that quite often gets unplugged by people / the cat/lead falls out etc and then bam the screen goes out could take over a min to come back. this is the only times ive lost of broken gear.

the abuse is that you could fight without the worry of dropping items on death

But people dont drop stuff in your standard battle. they use resis then warp when there out . im thinking just PK here not RVR.
