There is a difference between having friends / guildies offer you their pos and levelling numerous characters to level 16 to take their pos.[/quote]

I checked the player feed and I see multiple PLAYED characters give their pos away. This is pos selling - not farming.
Farming - making lvl 30 purely for the sole purpose of pos. Selling - Putting pos on a third party character to move the pos to your buyer. Anyway the rule about pos farming was scrapped as it's now lvl 30 required and there'll be more ways to get 5th in the future.
