Can anyone state, with certainty, whether or not the "Luck bracelet" in the original eSoma did or did not increase with the chance of a drop or the quality of a drop?

Could be good to introduce items like this to be obtained by quests of some sort - ie. +% success chance of upgrading an item, tags of crafted weps, and as said above quality/quantity of drops
