Mongman spawn in conti

Can we have a good compact spawn added to conti to allow realistic access to the top bones (excluding magma sillyness)

Atm you pretty much have to rely on alt gems for skele bones which arent exactly the best or fight for the poxy 80 tiger claws at drifting vendor, craft into bows and disassemble for a 25% at 1 old bone netting you about 6 which costs about 15k in barr to do as well as the insane time involved.

Please i dont understand why bones is a thing just allow access to decent material volume so we can at least get a hardened or rare craft.

Have you tried bone golems in conti? They dropped a lot of bones for me when I was lvling a nub.

If you make bones easier to access, they will be less sought after and the items they make will become more saturated.

Seems perfect the way it is and it is working the way intended ;o

I dont really want skele bones. My problem is why mongman claws are so restricted. All the other top end materials excluding tail tree are easily accessible. The prob is being forced to use skele bones or the conversion rate to old bones is simply too high which is already a compromise over mongman claws.

To add to this all the best materials are available via alt gem but bones is busted down several ranks in quality ( you cant even pick mongman claw)

LORD_GRIM, it's the way the game intended the items to be bro

Being a bitch to source is part of the same reason they are of higher value/quality

If you were to add them to S gems or increase the restock values, you'll just saturate it and everyone will use top tier mats and the lower tier would be a waste of database space.

:/

Just because the game has never been properly maintained in terms of effort/reward ratio from esoma does not mean its the way its intended. Dont forget d3 dev warrior was never an original mob either meaning red metal would have been just as hard outside of gems (the farm was added for gems ontop of that). Changes need to happen for QOL otherwise crafting will stay dead outside of upgrades/SR.

All im saying is the current method costs 50k a try, now the average hardened proc is 80 tries and lets face it anything under rare is plan shit. Do you think a hardened tag should be worth 4mil when they rot / get npc'd when dropped or act as fodder for combine? I wouldnt mind if we could craft top weps but we can only get up to apus which no one is gonna upgrade unless they get a legendary anyway.

So 4mil for sub optimal bones is fair? I might aswell go magmas for cloudy bones as thats less painful and who knows how superior those are above claws let alone old bones.

I see your point. Since all the other bones are available I don't see why Mongman Claws shouldn't be in there. As you said, all the other bones are.

Also dont forget

live on test server- Crafters are now given more chance of getting a tagged item based on their skill in the crafting skill required to craft the item.

So hopefuly crafting for tag and the amount of bones u will need will come down

Well unless it becomes sensible and respects a crafters skill level remains to be seen. The only way this will end well is if the person making the changes actually maps out what it takes to gather materials + realistic chances of producing time wise.
