I couldn't find an answer by searching but I guess it has been answered before;

What are the cooking tiers for success rates please?

Is it 102, 112, 122 etc.

It's believed (I think) when you have the skill to craft an item its 45% success rate and then you get a 5.0% increase on success every 5.0 skill you have above the items minimum craft skill requirement.

So if the highest craft skill you cook an item is 102 skill you'd need 142 skill to have the maximum success on that item (about 85%)

You need 102 to attempt it.

142 would be the highest there is any point going to?

ToE is 92 skill, so 132 skill would be maximum success rate.
