I get that the admins and GMs have a life, and can't just log in for every email they get. But the problem is that if someone orders EXP pots it's because they want to level hard - maybe they have a window of time, or they are really impatient. Waiting days (or longer) to catch a GM ingame isn't why they are buying those pots.[/quote]
