you just dont seem to be grasping why con was capped at 30 in the first place. the hp chars would have would be silly.

Personally don't see any need in con raise, will only bring balance issues like what lupi is saying. i did my con just after the rates went 2x and they got rid of rested. they increased EXP but not con rates so lisa_arlene gained 2x exp for my con levels than anyone else. unfair but not really a huge issue. this character was built from the ground up with saving Exp in mind and im still not that bothered.
