Can anyone explain in layman's terms how it works?
I'm sure I've been told that 1dex = 1.5 EVA+acc So The +2 dex hero pads = 3% EVA+3%ACC? I know there has been a thread on this a long time ago but I didn't understand it. I think I'm trying to get at, would it be better to have say +5dex top ( which in my head makes it 7.5% eva/acc. Than have an acc top or Eva top. If this makes any sense to anyone can you help :)

They work indipendently. If both the attacking Dex and defensive Dex are the same, day for example 100. Then every 1 Dex is 1% either side of 50 depending which way it swings. Up to a maximum of 99% or a min of 1%.
Accuracy and Eva are both % chances. So if you had 1 Dex vs 100 Dex defence but wore 3% you would have a 4% chance. They work in different ways, and imo it’s better to have hard accuracy or Eva over Dex items.

AttackDex = dex + item dex DefenseDex = target dex + target item dex HitDex = AttackDex - DefenseDex HitDex == 0 then HitRate = 50% HitDex < -50 then HitRate = 20% Every 1 dex above is +1% evasion until 99% (49 dex above is the maximum 99%). Every 1 dex below is -1% evasion until 36% (stops at 14 dex below). Every 2 dex below starting at 15 dex below is -1% evasion until 23% (stops at 42 dex below).43 dex below is 23% 44 to 49 dex below is 21% 50+ dex below is 20% After have got a HitRate from the above. HitRate += Accuracy on items. HitRate -= Target Evasion on items and evasion from aura. HitRate is then kept within the bounds of 1% and 99%.
