Just an idea, not sure entirely how it would work perhaps a link and everyone fills out their birthday and main in game character name and say be at least level 50+ in order to claim to prevent new chars creating just for a present?

When its your birthday you get a nice present like a small dia or something?

Or perhaps when its your "in game" birthday as i know the age isn't really used much in game

Or some sort of NPC where your get a birthday present and you can exchange it for something good.

Just be nice to have some present for birthdays,
