Just an idea regarding drops for nightmares.

Is there any chances variation of rare drops instead one frog a few days? Done 10+ int dropped 4 frogs (more than week hunt), when people on BLG said dropped 7med rubies in two nights in different post.

It is much harder to farm nightmares as magic have no a speed, and SR accessory do not go in consideration as Dura is melted there, so you need level with staff only, to do not RIP your gear.

I think med ame/saph (or small gem in same % as frogs) plus Tow or CT in lower drop rate.

There's no other mob which make sense to farm than magma for mage (ant this is difficult too), as they do pretty high minimum magic damage...
