Do all boss mobs have better chance of dropping higher taggs then normal mobs?

As far as I'm aware, and the way it looks, they just have a high chance to drop an item. Not a higher chance to be tagged

Im sure I read somewhere that boss' have a chance of dropping a legendary weapon? Is this true? Has anyone had one yet?

Legendary items can drop only from bosses. There's no such thing as a Dynamic items.

Intense is the best that can drop from normal mobs.
