As the title says.

I think this would, and I would prefer it to be better around a weekend during the Christmas holidays, work right now for everyone must be hectic as the end of the year approaches, so in order not to waste a special weekend put this on when we can actually play???

Maybe include it in part of the Christmas event

Bad idea imo. The folk with work and family responsibilities who usually find it hard to get game time lose out even more to the people with no job, family , friends or responsibility other than Soma.

+1 I struggle to play weekends with work commitments and I miss every double drops and double exp. Would be good to include a few days midweek, like a Mon and Tues:)

No time or schedule will please everyone, but weekend is probably the choice that would benefit the most people. Sure some people work weekends, and thats a shame, but more people work during the week so 'most good for the most people' would be usual Friday midnight till Sunday midnight.

I'd really like to see a double exp weekend soon, been a good few months since the last and it had a huge impact in getting numbers back into the game etc. Two suggestions if it's done though;

1 - PK mode should be off. The drama and anger that can come from pk during special events is just unreal. It's only 2 days and pkers can wait that long without a problem. A level 100 could deny every lvl 80+ in dsoma from using double exp if they really wanted to.

2 - I would set it up in advance so that people know that isylver will be available to hand out donation store pots on the Friday or Saturday of the event. I know people who bought them for the last double exp weekend and didnt get them till after it was over, which was frustrating for them.

These posts happen pretty much everyweek now, well up for it but it's unlikely to happen. Although it's a good weekend to do it, Black Friday and all.. Creates a bit of revenue for the server, people will be all over the rested pots.

These events suit weekends, busiest time it's that simple. The 3 people that play during the day midweek, sound like they have enough time to level at normal rates. Never going to keep everyone happy, and anyway.. People that work weekends are weird.

MY issue with double drops (coming from someone who isn’t rich in this game) is that it ruins the economy for weeks afterwards.

Take getting something as simple as an SR for example. Last time people where asking for like 2 frogs. Of course I understand basic demand and supply, but for the poorer among us, the game can become unplayable.

Then when it comes to trading, let’s takr a rare stinger for example. The people selling start selling at double what it’s worth. Again I understand supply and demand, but it leaves the people not hunting Mags worse off in the long run
