Can a GM please clarify what the % chance it what combine will work?

Recently i have had 11/11 failed back to back and just now had 7/7 failed back to back.

id say an approx success overall would be about 20% .. fail loads..then sometimes get run of 3-4 successes in a row

Its certainly no piece of wee..just need the lucky RNG's ;o

It depends on the tags... hard to rare are about 20% I would say epic - intense is much better then 50/50
