is it possible to change shiro to drop an item everytime as its a very hard boss mob n is very dissapointing when it doesnt drop anything after so much effort is put into killing it?

Probably 80+% of the time i usually get something (Upgrade of some sort)... just unlucky that it didnt drop from 4 bosses today i suppose
