"DISYLVER"Thanks for the feedback thus far - were noting all of this even if you dont see a blue reply.

One point the GM team have noticed is the item disparity. Effectively a lot of dsoma are running around with str upgrades or accessories, the big culprit being DF which gives a +10 str upgrade with no con alternative.

So what are we doing?

Con upgrades and wis upgrades are now ingame as well as a new shield. We'll be creating some new con accessories too.


The upgrades are part of the issue, absolutely. When axers/spears/sword can work to +30 con from equip they might be able to tank a bit more - especially if other people nerf their damage through con too. That could take several months though (if we need boss souls etc). It probably overpowers archers further too, given that everyone may feel the need to add a million con, we can still just use range to avoid all damage.

This KD doesn't really mean or prove anything over class balance when about 25 of those kills are against Koreans who with pot delay die to auto attacks from 1 person before they can use a HP pot


I've said many times on the PTR forum that this patch is going to screw over the Koreans big time.

Please understand I'm not trying to boast - I'm just trying to make it clear that I benefit a lot from this patch (we all more fragile but I already just move to avoid damage, and I do so much more damage to STR classes) and I still think it's boring and bad pvp.

This isn't some salty player going 'my class is rubbish, PvP is rubbish'. It' s one saying 'my class is stupidly powerful, but PvP is still no fun'.

Respect to you for being honest Strelka. We all have the same goal here, we want balance across the classes and fun PvP. As it stands that isn’t the case. I think people just need to be honest and not try to have their favourite class buffed whilst their least favourite nerfed, then we can get somewhere a lot quicker with true balance and a pvp system that is fun to engage in.

Con access and upgrades are absolutely a step in the right direction.

Id happily sacrifice my dfs. Sh and 7str ear if it meant i could wear 25con worth of access, and with a good CT(or con now) tank set of invuln on, I could probably feel confident to play a tank role in pvp at the expensive of a huge amount of dmg/hit chance.

Getting 50+ yellow pills, enough shields to combine to good tag and then succeed upgrades on, and boss souls for a future accessory will take a long long time. In the mean time, most players are getting insta-banged in pvp and not enjoying the experience.

Agree that it might take abit too long to get the upgrades required for decent sets

Completely disagree about feed, all that's on there is Korean deaths, who couldn't even outpot really due to lag pre patch, a couple of kills on 187 (who is using hard tag un- upgraded gear?) and a few kills on pointbreak who got caught it stone 3/4 vs1

Can't base the feed on Korean deaths while you may aswell be fighting afk or level 70s with that delay

Haven't engaged in much PVP outside of town as my gear still lacks, but based on observation / interaction, I feel Str/con based classes need some more points, but only to the degree in which they are forced to use them on con.

Give axers>sword>spear more con points to spend. (i.e. by capping the str at each given level (as is?) but raising both the total points available and the cap on con).

maybe re adjust this later on if the con gear gives them too much defence.

Archers will deal less damage and still take a shit tone. Mages I think might need more Con to....

This is coming from an archer obviously. I was and am ALL for this patch and it will get sorted.

Would it be difficult to give certain classes more points to spend?

Eg. axe/spear gets like 15 more points at level 100 than other classes.

Might help to balance things a bit better.

Axe had 83ish more defence (con) than archers damage? prepatch (300str giving defence vs archers 217str- the damage they received was much much too low ) . Now they have 40 more? 235 vs 195, another +15 con would take them back to +55 and they've had a huge increase in hit rate and evade rate

Think it's too much myself (and 2/3 of the 101+ active axers agreed on equal con boost for all classes ) but guess that's the best part about new Stat system they can trial it for few days to check feedback then remove if needed.

What you talking about im an axer and im happy because now i can hit pple like archers and axers because the high dex i have im happy with it if gm's whant to do somthin for good pvp only rais more con in evry class the same con its easy

Just been looking how dsoma pvp look from strlka vidoes guys lets not forgot u guys 8vs8 image 8 auras on same char ofc he gona die, peolpes start using skype more and more once pvper so they have a good timing gether.persolanty never seen dsoma on that overnumbered of pvp, almost all capped char wth exac u want "system so balanced atm".

I think we all feel that trialing something would be good, whatever it is, most ppl agree that PVP is frustrating and unfulfilling at the moment

we can just discuss how we feel about it and adjust accordingly.

Had some PvP, GVW and Duels today

Archers may hit more then others, but an axer can 3 hit me and sword can 2 hit me with a 5th

Other classes may of had there con and str reduced but they've had there dex upped so they get those 3ish hits in a lot quicker and the damage is insane

My only defence is to go dex gear, if i do that and axers go con gear, surely we back to an archer/knux doing min damage to an axer?

The worst part to pvp is stone as then your ruined as you cant fight back or use defensive auras. If it wasnt for that people could still go toe to toe
