Don’t know if this helps but had issues again yesterday casting 3rd and 2nd staff auras at various times of the day, (each cast was after the previous had run its time)
It seemed as though it had tried to cast (there was no animation but the char stopped running as it does to cast auras) but nothing happened and then after what would have been the cool down it would cast Also had it with 5th axe at gvw on standing targets got the impression it was doing the same thing
