If you did pure bow and swapped to axe at 120 dex is it possible to hit 171 str b4 100 100%? Can anyone put a lvl amount such as lvl 88-100 will be enough etc?

Yes, I would say you’d get it at around lvl 98-99

Well,’ maybe less. I got 171str 124.7dex and 106.9 int on Michelin.

Depends on your level, current int, projected int, exp, what your hunting etc.
As mitchy said it is possible but no one knows what your stats your on now and level etc |

I did int to 105, then did dex and used Knux to about 50str then bow’d the rest. So if you’ve done no int you will be fine bowing to 120dex then doing axe with % spare for int. but that is a pointless strategy now. As you could bow to say 140-cap str and still do int before 110. Those are rough figures I’ve no idea on what is possible after 100.
