ive been looking for the Merc King Kobold and ao far not found it, please could someone tell me where it is likely to spawn (if it spawns in one place) and at what time please. i was told at time 3 & 15, in merc on cliff area between the two TyT portals but no luck finding it yet !!

Unfortunately you were not informed correctly.
It spawns at location 190,1000 Pre-Patch it would spawn every 55 hours (approx.) with a 10% swing on either side (ie. plus/minus 5 hours 50 minutes). Assuming it is still the same, I see Tongskie killed it on the 20th Dec at 21:42 which means it is next due on the 23rd Dec at 4:40am. With the 10% swing it could come as early as 22nd Dec 11:50pm or as late as 23rd Dec 10:30am. It is highly contested as it sometimes drops a "Soul" which people want, so don't expect it to be around for more than a couple of minutes. It always attracts a small crowd. Another one spawns in Conti when Humans own it. The first appearance seems to be 51 hours after winning the area (plus/minus 10% again). The spawn location varies but is usually within the Anacrota area. Still, it could have changed in the new patch. Lastly, don't feel bad about not getting the rascal - I chased him (and other bosses) and never got a soul off him in the 2 years I have been playing. Try trading for one? 8) Jac
