Devil's took huge nerf on stats STR/INT.
Yes they upped our dex - as with new human dex cap and your evasion gear + dex accessories we wouldn't even hit you. You are guys not capped yet too... Punched archer was having 218 STR, human pre patch 171 that is 47 is difference. Now capped archer will be 210 and human 200 and dex difference has been shrunk too. Cap str, get another 80 health more from levels etc. You got now top tier weapons dropable from mobs - up the damage if you made them +5/6/7 etc. Cap str and I bet you will hurt us. Humans are not interested in RvR for this kind of reward... All of you focus only on h soma PvP and builds, which are not the best Vs RvR. Same as devil use more archers against humans, as they can avoid stone (yes you got advantage that everyone can have stone if chose so!! Wow that is so great isn't it?!) There are few mages extremely hard to drop like: LORDGD or SLICENMAGE. But rarely anyone go INT cap, rest are build. Which is extremely strong Vs devils. You guys focus on STR/DEX and no int - without good damage gear and weak devil % it doesn't do that big damage, only if focus fired is decent. Or you focus on INT cap/ rest dex. Which d soma archers just love to feed POS on... Remember see our d soma give and h soma, we use same numbers in gvw as in wotw. H soma focus only gvw and use barely 10-15 % of this numbers against devils... This is not about nerfing devils to the ground. It is about soma turn up to this decent event in great numbers (matching h soma gvw) and made cooperated push, believe with these numbers you would melt us. That is my personal opinion, as I play both races, I will always say h soma ignores RvR focus only H soma PvP & events. Maybe bosses should be spawned only on conti map, so who owns conti go better % and can win easier fights. That would defenitely wake up h soma players to use full force for achieving better drops and we'll coordinate RvR's. Marry Xmas everyone :)

Humans were getting 1 shot by 5th sword, maybe it's due to changes with f10 %?
Edit - this "We have heard and listened to all you feedback concerning the percent system. The percent is now applied to the damage value instead of attack and defense (F10 stats). This has been changed because the other method caused massive reduction in damage for some classes and big increases in damage for other classes," Not sure what dmg Devs were doing before this got added if anyone can comment?

So before let's say a capped human had 225 defense, a capped swordie with 130 max attack sword and no attack gear would have ~500 max attack (~240 str + 260 from weapon). Now before that attack would have been 362.5 so a good hit would do 137.5 dmg, with 5th 206 dmg. Now with the new patch it would be 275 * 1.5 * 0.725 = 300 dmg. Now this is hypothetical because a lot of swordies have higher attack etc but I suspect that this change has resulted in some decent damage changes for the stronger classes if that's how it works. These are just straight attacks but I've put typical pre patch stats + 10 for 2x DF + 20 for attack gear like OTM/RC etc. for an example and compared to a human with a static 240 defense (I know this is inaccurate but it's an approximation). Also all at lvl 100 for now. Bow: Pre patch 205 str, 92-120 attack GrimX, attack value approx 419-475. At 70% this would equal 293-333 attack for ~53-93 damage per hit Post patch 195 str, 92-120 attack GrimX. Attack value approx 409-465. I don't think its publicised enough about the 10% levelling boost to the holding race of Conti. The system writing perhaps need to say (Winner receives a 10% levelling boost) at the end of the blurb.
Something I didn't know about until recently. |
