Prepare.

BUFFY	Prepare is 25 skill cook. I have 174+ Cook skill and just failed making a Nahwans due to low skill. I heard in the past that this was kinda 100%. I've never ever had any prepare fail on any server since before the year 2000 (didn't even fail one then, I played before that). Wtf is going on? Also, Titus boots failed a 1st upgrade with 130 Weapon Skill. A nice night. Back to nothing almost. Wtf is going on with prepare though? I've even heard many people say that they never had a fail either. To fail due to having too low skill? Bs is not the word. Cyu all in a while, 'cos atm I ain't logging in to this. YAREYAREDAZE	Having 130wep skill gives you no increase in success chance compared to 100 or 149. FLAWLESS	The warning for low skill is just buggy text. It has always been the case that anything on the prepare table has a 1% chance to fail. I myself have had a few and so have others I know. FLICKTHEBEAN	From testing in-game, I believe prepare to be 95% success rate. I have failed many over the time I played.
