They're not useless, extract them and they're used to make swift spirit aren't they ;o

I guess I think people are ridiculous for thinking they're value-less, both because MD isn't nothing, and because they can be extracted to produce a +2 max attack/def upgrade.
I'd probably take a frog or LL for both, but based on your last post, it looks like I'll be keeping them :p No worries :-)
