Using buyback feature to clear out mats at Pold

JAMIS	Seems like this is being used not as intended. Players can buy metal at pold, sell back to pold in another shop (wep or armor) essentially using him as a warehouse until all metal has been bought then can transfer over. FINITO [Staff]	Edit: Change is live, will not be able to buyback items sold by material NPC anymore. Yeah another oversight I forgot some NPC have multiple shops that they can open so I will just have to block all items that are available as materials in shops from being put into buyback.
