Question,
Is it acceptable (ie. Normal, within the rules etc.) for a PKer to approach a player who is tanking for their own (other) character and attack the "main" causing their main to move (run away) and then, whilst that player is attending to the main, lure the mobs onto the lower level character (that could not be attacked) to kill it? In other words, a PKer cannot attack a target because the level is too low so he attacks the "main" tanking for it then lures the mobs onto the lower level to kill it. .... and then, having removed/killed the character(s) to use a borrowed tank and his own "main" to possess the same spawn. (I assume that is actually ok) Is that part of the (normal/acceptable) gameplay? Jac

The lower level can't run away from the mob? It's frustrating, but hardly rule breaking. The Pker is disrupting the hunt, nothing more.

I guess I am basically asking;
"Is it normal/acceptable" to lure mobs onto a player"? If it is, I'll accept it as part of the game play. 8) Jac |

Feels like you are wording the situation to benefit your own Agenda.
If your main got attacked and you moved it away thus allowing the mobs to be free and attack your alt character. Essentially you have lured the mobs onto yourself as you ran away. You can also freely move your alt character its under your control so ye.. Pointless thread.

"HORUS"Feels like you are wording the situation to benefit your own Agenda. Not necessarily what he's saying, he specifically said that the mobs were then lured onto the noob by the pker so he dies, presumably because the level difference is too great. I'm sure there's been problems in the past for luring, in that respect - which is the main reason this thread was made. That being said, the ability to not look after both your chars simultaneously comes with the risk of multi-windowing. Problems like that are inevitable as it's less controlled and gets messy.

4) Don't harass other players, this entails;
- Stopping someone from hunting through; grieffing, debuffing (slow/blind), luring mobs or otherwise. I'd have thought it only being an issue if its a repeat offense There's also a rule about monopolising spawn spots, so again, if it's a continual offense, then it's a legit issue.

"YAGUDO"Another factor... if you are not intrested in PvP why are you in a PvP guild?? cause he got pked from them so much why not join em to stop getting pked some ppl have this mentality i encountered this on dsoma recently. "VALASI"4) Don't harass other players, this entails; you cant be more wrong on this he got attacked by same lvl person trying to pk him he lured the mobs to his alt. At some points all of you so called White Knights need to stop seeing everything as a bannable offense to try get ppl banned. At this point and rate there wont be any people playing this game and will be your god damn Fault. I will say it again Double soma clients is a calculated Risk you willing to take if you plan going this route you cant have everything handed in silver plate, this type of lvling must have higher stakes than your typical 1 client soma.
