While items should be kept valuable to an extent they shouldnt only be available once you cap your stats, using apus bow until you change to cap str is not right seeing as stinger is "T2 wep" The only weps i agree should be gained after max stats is T1 weps. Getting a stinger is difficult enough (Nobody wants to sell it unless a bad stinger) - Then hoping the anvil doesn't rip it or gives you a bad cut off a toe . I'm not saying it should be easy. But you have to think of the lower levels, I'd say around what level 75-80 you can use a stinger and those levels cant hunt mags or don't have op gear to get the last hit on a boss. (Anyone who says a faster wep doesn't improve your odds on getting last hit is talking nonsense) I think i overheard that there's a new quest for higher levels for an epic-intense stinger, maybe the level requirements for this should be lower.
