FINITO [Staff]	It should only hit up to 3 valid targets (it will keep checking until it reaches 3 valid if there is enough of them around) for 3rd, 5th is set to actually hit up to 10 though 10 is not even possible to reach and will only hit up to 8. Edit: I can confirm it can hit more than 3 targets though so this is a bug. Been a bug since the server started and was introduced into the code in 2013-07-04. Will apply the fix tonight as part of weekly maintenance.
