When are we going to implement a level guard on RVR?

Where is the sense in having a 110 killing a sub level 50 char?

How does it make sense?

updating pos shop very good... while @ T6 you have lvl 30+ in vod and how many sub 50 devils would be in IF? hmm? What's that? None you say??

Really not bothered if this is seen as primarly QQ. it may well be. it doesnt make it less true
