Anyone know how much blue ma it adds per upgrade, does it reduce after 2nd and does it cap at 5 or 8 stacks?

I believe it goes up in 2ma increments. If you have a max and min value then only the min is upgraded.
It's a droppable tablet upgrade so I assume it can go +8.
Never managed to make one though so I can only guess
