"ISYLVER"Hasn't been a nerf. Truly? If so can it be double checked because i used to net 2-4 ep, 1-4 rubies, half dozen eggs & herbs/mush a hunt but now i actually kill 3 times faster than i did at the time i got those kinds of drops and i get astronomically less now. Maybe it was an accidental change like mag MD?

"JAHEIRA"something probly wants looking at with the range This is true for alot of mobs but if you persist you often eventually get a spate of drops but thats not even currently happening at blg. |

Double checked no nerf.
It’s sitnificantly harder to change a mobs drop list or rate than it is to update stats |

Some days I would get two large rubies per day and a handful of ep. Other days I would get emeralds and golden mushie. It’s all luck of the draw. Also sometimes mobs seem to have a day where they drop more of some items rather than others

I know that people say RNG. But I'm 99% sure this is another proof of another variable within Soma that someone isn't aware off.
If drops were truly reflective of their drop rates, they would be consistent of their respective % chance. Yet you could spend a week at say BLG / Palus or whatever flavour of mob (2-3 hour stints a day) and get nothing. On the flip side you could get triple the drop amounts you may normally get. Also I particularly noticed when hunting, if your hunting the same area of mobs as other people, it tends to be one person getting the drops, not spread amongst everyone with a roughly the same kill speed. To me, that isn't expected behaviour of a loot table, tied to a type of monster with % chances. It's almost like there is a swing factor, not of luck but of something else. It happens with all mobs too. Its like the drop rates stop once a limit of items drop on the server maybe, or in a zone / area or there is some other switch that happens. Perhaps GN built a protection system after the AT incident in Merc all that time ago (where 300 AT's dropped in space of 30 minutes) My understanding is the % drop calculations were completely re-written and tested and I don't doubt they were correct but I do believe there is something else.
