Just wondering... can u still learn level 3 spells with spirits powder and angel tears when youve seen inwhang and learnt level 4 spells?
All other servers ive played its always been bugged and never let me learn anymore level 3 spells once ive seen inwhang for level 4s.

You can still learn aslong as you don't have a large diamond in your bag. Simply store the diamond, learn level 3, then go grab the diamond and get level 4 if applicable.
