Daily level range overlap

Can we get some overlap on the level range affecting daily quests. i went from being able to clear 2 dailies a day to not. i think im about 20 con short so as an archer another what? 8-10 levels?

Please increase the range of killing EB as a daily and or add kharil lizard as an option as none of the others are viable at my dsoma char level please.

Is it also possible to allow for more than 2 dailies/day?

I don't really get what this limit is for - when you run out of rested more dailies would just be a good excuse to keep grinding.
