Someone who lvled with rested will have the same as someone who lvled without. [/quote]

For example, assuming two chars are identical and hunting the same mobs: - Person A has 10% rested XP bonus. - Person B has no rested XP bonus. Both Person A and B gain .1 Strength every 5% - Person A hunts for 1 hour and gains .2 Str and uses up all of his 10% rested XP. - Person B hunts for 1 hour and gains .1 Str and only gains 5% XP Person B must therefore play another hour to get .1 Str more, where-as Person A(with rested XP) has already gained 5% more XP and .1 more Str. The point of rested is that it allows people to compete with others who can play more than them. So they don't feel like they need to spend all of their free time having to log in and hunt. If you leveled 2 characters to 50, one using rested XP and one without. If they used the same weapons and hunted the same mobs they'd have the same stats. The character that used rested XP would just have less played time. *Edit* - Hopefully this is clear, its not the easiest thing to try and write down in a rush.[/quote]
