[FIXED] Rested XP not updating on account management

JARAGOONDOO	As the title says, it only updates upon logging in, which kind of defeats the point :P Another game breaking bug is the alpha channels are missing from the DSoma character stats screen close window button (the X that closes the window). FINITO [Staff]	Have just fixed it so it will now show you the correct rested exp perecent without needing to login to the game.
