Opposing races should have never been able to revive freely in the owning races map. This breeds harassment such as players logging high levels to wipe out spawns. This was a bug that was fixed nothing more.
As I said sacred stone is a different matter as in my eyes it should be both races who warp on death here as it’s a neutral map.
If you want to leave due to a bug fix then fine - but trust me you lose absolute value to your post for those remarks - my 2 year old throws less tantrums.[/quote]

I think for conti the change is fair enough, it does make sense with people camping spawns and stuff even though it’d be annoying trying to RvR at mags.
SS I’m glad to hear is a bug that’s fixed/will be fixed so both races warp on death, not just devils. I definitely think PK has been off too much for a supposed open world PVP game, with heavy restrictions on PK as it is. These are just my opinions on these subjects.

Now we have tested this particular PK change, can we try a different solution. Like a month of a PK free map with just barr drops?
I don’t know player numbers but certainly on hsoma there have been no real PK wars since this change came in and my guild has basically died bar 2-3 players. I am sure we can’t be the only guild or players suffering.

Devil archers need looking at as they are OP with the correct gear they are basically untouchable So I get why the change has been made for raiding, it just makes it fall inline with T6 raids as you die once you warp back to town, the argument about Koreans leaving is also silly as they are the issue in the first place if they didn't camp at nightmare all the time there wouldn't be an issue.

Clearly an off the cuff comment on the back of being annoyed about a change I feel didn't need making
At times we have huge wars in conti which everyone enjoys, this feature will now put an end to it as each time you die you won't want to have to run all the way back to the action Feel this will have a big impact on the wars we now have on the map

I think it is good change, as owner of the map should be maintain benefits, it is same in other MMORPG games.
Also stop blaming GM, you can always make your own server and play by yourself :-) |

You guys come on here asking for things to be changed in your favor all the time...as Dan said, it used to be that you would WARP AND DROP in RVR...no other option upon death whether you are raiding or owner...Why are you moaning, especially as you have trace at the moment?
Change is fine, leave it as it is...SS needs to be same for both sides though.

The Sacred Stone event bug where reviving didn't force both Humans and Devils to warp to town has been fixed. I was not aware of the issue and it has been there for a while I do check the Bug Reports forum so please post these things there.

This was done because hunting spots were basically being taken over by opposing race and owners had no chance for any downtime when they were not around. So the change slows down opposing getting back to Conti and maybe also deter them from going again for a little while.

personally i don't like the fact that you warp, as it spoils the fun
however, seen as ppl are abusing this to lock out hunting spots i understand why its needed (least dsoma dosnt have as big of a run as hsoma does) |

I have suggested that the opposing race is instead warped to the entrance portal to Conti or the revive area is increased so that reviving can revive you further away from where died. Also maybe we need to look at preventing logout retaining position on Conti map and instead moves to Conti entrance portal. Anyway, the above are just ideas. The percentages on the Conti map need looking at (going by what has been said) so each race has a chance at attacking and defending against each other.
