Would it be possible to specify mob listing when searching for them?
Ie. Earth Elemental (Dsoma) Earth Elemental (Hsoma) Earth Elemental (D3/D4) Or would this affect the in-game name? Can just get a bit annoying when you click the wrong one of the same name. Nothing life wrecking tho ;)

Yes possible. The main issue is getting the extra information layed out in a way that is not cluttering the search results.
