My weapon recoil doesn't change, but my attack speed on all weapon is much lower than usual, why is that?

Can you add more information, e.g what are you doing is this on combines? If its an upgrade what are you adding to the wep?

It’s due to latest patch please see bug section - so we can collage them all and fix them.
